Meredith Bizer Counseling
Meredith earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and works with adult individuals and couples facing a range of challenges. Meredith has clinical experience in inpatient addiction rehabilitation and outpatient community mental health settings, as well as private practice. She has also facilitated a support group for adult survivors of childhood sexual assault through a non-profit organization called WINGS. Meredith feels honored to have earned the trust of her clients and to have helped them heal and find what they are looking for. While she uses an integrative therapy approach, she is trained in relational life therapy (Terry Real) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (Judith Cohen, Esther Deblinger, and Anthony Mannarino).
Meredith has lived part- or full-time in Eagle County for nearly 25 years.
