On mission counseling

Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She has additional training as a Grief Share Leader, EMDR, and AMSR.  Working with individuals, teens, families, and couples in the manner of a collaborative relationship, you and Jamie will work together to incorporate therapeutic interventions proven to alleviate the symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. She utilizes holistic techniques that incorporate your mind, body, and spirit. As a trained Christian counselor, I can help you develop new practices to support your faith formation and spiritual health.

Married to a first responder and receiving training in first responder mental health and wellness through the National Emergency Responder Safety Center has resulted in Jamie being uniquely qualified to assist first responders experiencing trauma, relationship issues, and career challenges.
